1. Google Workspace Specialist

Job description

  • Full-time permanent role. Hybrid working arrangement.
  • Office in University Hill (Bundoora) in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
  • Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days in our Bundoora office, 3 days remote working.
  • Flexible working to help you achieve a life-work balance.
  • Set-up & management of Google Workspace accounts for organisations across Australia.
  • Planning and implementation of data migration projects.
  • Assisting with the set-up & support of IAM and end point management services.
  • Collaboration on cloud ERP implementation projects.
  • Investigating and answering client support queries.
  • Salary will depend on experience.

We are looking for a talented Google Workspace Specialist to help us with the rapidly expanding area of digital transformation.

About You

We are looking for a creative and quick thinker who understands that while you may not always know the answer to a question, you know how to find it.

  • You are comfortable talking to clients via phone and helpdesk.
  • You are smarter than most people in the party room.
  • You will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
  • You are a self motivated operator, who is looking to develop a career in digital transformation.
  • You are a lifelong self-learner focused on learning and refining abilities by doing. The chance to master new abilities makes you eager to push your learning comfort zones.

Not essential, but advantageous

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Certification and/or experience in using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Salary will depend on experience.

2. Digital Marketing Manager

Job Highlights

  • Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days in our Bundoora office, 3 days remote working.
  • Full-time or part-time permanent roles available.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience required.
  • Flexible working to help you achieve a life-work balance.
  • Office based in University Hill (Bundoora) in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
  • Market salary, based on experience

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with our clients to strategise, plan, implement and review new marketing strategies.
  • Plan, create and manage new and existing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns for small-medium business clients across Australia especially using Google Shopping & Merchant Centre for our eCommerce clients.
  • Optimise accounts and creatives to increase conversion rates
  • Undertake landing page optimisation
  • Manage monthly client reporting
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Competencies

  • Autonomy – Able to work independently and use initiative as part of a small team
  • Be a problem solver – research PPC issues and formulate practical solutions
  • Good time management – able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Prepared to work outside of your comfort zone from time to time

Requirements

  • Must have the Google Ads Search Certification and one other Google Certification
  • Must have a Facebook Ad certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing PPC ads campaigns
  • A tertiary level education
  • Solid understanding of, and experience using, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Google Shopping Ads
  • Experience with Facebook advertising
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident holder.

Not essential, but preferred

  • Experience with Google Business Profile & GA4
  • Copywriting ability
  • Any additional Google Ads Certifications
