Every care plan includes weekly core and plugin updates, security scanning and a Web Application Firewall, daily backups stored securely offsite, and strong login protections including two-factor authentication. Critical security patches are applied within 48 hours of release.

On our Professional and Growth plans, we test updates in a staging environment before pushing them live — so an update never breaks your site unexpectedly.

As a CrowdStrike partner and Google Cloud Partner, we bring genuine cybersecurity expertise to website management. This isn’t a plugin we’ve installed – it’s part of how we operate.

Our reports are written in plain English — no jargon, no filler. A typical quarterly report covers: the number of WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates applied; security events blocked; backup verification status; uptime percentage; and site performance metrics. We also include recommendations for the next quarter.

Monthly reports on the Professional and Growth plans add performance trends, traffic insights, and SEO health data.

Absolutely. If your needs change – for example, you add a WooCommerce store or your business grows and you need faster support – you can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If your site is compromised while under our management, we restore it from our verified backups and remediate the issue at no additional cost — provided the breach wasn’t caused by client-side factors such as compromised passwords or access shared with third parties.

This is one of the key reasons daily backups and proactive security scanning matter. We don’t wait for problems – we work to prevent them.

Yes. To deliver the security, performance, and reliability our care plans promise, we host all managed sites on our own infrastructure. We handle the migration for you, including DNS configuration. Your business retains full ownership of the site at all times.

We’ve restructured our plans to give you more visibility and control over your website. Your existing service maps to our new Starter tier, which now includes documented service levels, a quarterly health report, and clearly defined response times. We’ll be in touch to walk you through the new structure and answer any questions.

It depends on your plan and the severity of the issue. Server-related problems are monitored and addressed 24/7 by our hosting infrastructure. For site-specific issues:

  • Starter: Urgent matters — next business day. Non-urgent – 2 business days.
  • Professional: Urgent – 4 hours. Non-urgent – next business day.
  • Growth: Urgent – 2 hours. Non-urgent – same day. Phone support included.

No. All plans are billed monthly. You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 30 days’ notice. 

Yes. We manage many WordPress and WooCommerce sites originally built by other agencies or freelancers. We conduct an initial health check and address any pre-existing issues before bringing the site under our care. If significant remediation is needed, we’ll quote that work separately so you know exactly what’s involved.

Additional work beyond your plan’s included hours is charged at your tier’s preferred hourly rate – $165/hr for Starter, $145/hr for Professional, or $135/hr for Growth. We’ll always let you know before billing any additional time. If you regularly need more hours, upgrading to the next tier is usually more cost-effective.
