Your existing service maps to our new Starter tier, which now includes documented service levels, a quarterly health report, and clearly defined response times. No. All plans are billed monthly. You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Yes. We manage many WordPress and WooCommerce sites originally built by other agencies or freelancers. We conduct an initial health check and address any pre-existing issues before bringing the site under our care. If significant remediation is needed, we’ll quote that work separately so you know exactly what’s involved.
Additional work beyond your plan’s included hours is charged at your tier’s preferred hourly rate – $165/hr for Starter, $145/hr for Professional, or $135/hr for Growth. We’ll always let you know before billing any additional time. If you regularly need more hours, upgrading to the next tier is usually more cost-effective.
