eCommerce Development

Sell more. Automate operations.
Grow your business online.

We design and build eCommerce websites that delight your customers and streamline your backend – from checkout to fulfilment. Built on WooCommerce and Shopify, backed by 25+ years of experience.

What we build

An eCommerce ecosystem, not just a website

We see eCommerce as more than a product catalogue with a checkout. It’s an opportunity to build an experience around your customer and integrate your operations — from inventory and shipping to accounting and marketing — into one connected system.

For your customers

Fast, intuitive shopping experiences with flexible payment options (Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay), real-time shipping rates from Australia Post, DHL and other carriers, product filtering and search, customer accounts, wishlists, and order tracking. Everything a modern buyer expects.

For your operations

Automated inventory management, complex shipping rules, tiered wholesale pricing, multi-channel selling (Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram), abandoned cart recovery, tax calculation, and integration with your ERP or accounting system. Less manual work, fewer errors, more capacity to grow.

Platforms

The right platform for your business

We recommend the platform that best fits your needs, not the one that’s easiest for us. For most Australian businesses, that means WooCommerce or Shopify.

Primary Platform

Woocommerce

Our core platform. Built on WordPress, WooCommerce gives you complete control over your store’s design, functionality, and data. Ideal for businesses that need custom features, ERP integration, or complex product and pricing logic.

Shopify

A hosted platform that’s ideal for straightforward retail stores where speed to market matters most. We design, customise, and launch professional Shopify stores for small businesses and startups.

ERP Integration

Connect your website to your business systems

If you run an ERP like Unleashed or Cin7, integrating it with your eCommerce store eliminates double-handling, keeps inventory accurate across channels, and gives you a single source of truth for orders, stock, and financials.

Real-time inventory sync

Our core platform. Built on WordPress, WooCommerce gives you complete control over your store’s design, functionality, and data. Ideal for businesses that need custom features, ERP integration, or complex product and pricing logic.

Automated order flow

Online orders flow directly into your ERP for picking, packing, and invoicing. Your team processes orders in one place, regardless of which channel they came from.

Consistent pricing

Manage pricing in your ERP and push it to the website automatically. Wholesale tiers, customer-specific pricing, and promotional rates stay in sync.

Unified reporting

Financial data from web sales integrates with your accounting system. No manual data entry, no reconciliation headaches at month-end.

We specialise in Unleashed and Cin7 integrations. If your business already runs one of these platforms, we have the experience and technical expertise to connect your eCommerce store to your ERP for a seamless end-to-end workflow. We handle the complexity — data mapping, sync frequency, error handling, and ongoing monitoring — so you don’t have to.

Our Process

How we build your store

Every eCommerce project starts with understanding your business. We don’t jump to building — we plan first, then execute with precision.

1

Discovery

We workshop your products, target market, operational requirements, and growth goals. This shapes every decision that follows.

2

Design & build

Custom design on WordPress + WooCommerce (or Shopify). Products loaded, payments connected, shipping configured, integrations wired up

3

Test & launch

Rigorous testing of checkout flows, payment gateways, shipping calculations, and mobile experience before going live.

4

Grow & optimise

Ongoing care plan, performance monitoring, conversion optimisation, and marketing support. We're here for the long term.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about eCommerce projects

Our Online Storefront package starts from $7,000 + GST, which includes everything you need to start selling: WooCommerce setup, custom design, payment gateway integration, up to 25 product uploads, shipping configuration, and training. Stores with ERP integration, complex pricing rules, or large product catalogues are scoped individually — we’ll provide a detailed quote after the discovery session.

WooCommerce is our recommendation for most Australian businesses because it gives you complete ownership and control — no monthly platform fees, no feature limitations, and full flexibility for ERP integration and custom functionality. Shopify is a good fit if you need a simpler store, want to launch quickly, and don’t require complex integrations. We’ll help you make the right call for your specific situation.

Yes — ERP integration is one of our specialities. We connect WooCommerce to Unleashed and Cin7 so that inventory, orders, pricing, and customer data sync automatically between your website and your ERP. We handle the technical complexity including data mapping, sync frequency, error monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of the integration.

A standard WooCommerce store typically takes 6–10 weeks from discovery to launch, depending on the number of products and complexity of features. Stores with ERP integration or complex pricing and shipping rules may take 10–14 weeks. The most common cause of delay is waiting for client-supplied content (product images, descriptions, policies) — so the better prepared you are, the faster we go.

You provide the product information (names, descriptions, images, pricing, categories), your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), and any business policies (shipping, returns, terms). We provide everything else: strategy, design, development, configuration, and training. If you need help with product photography or copywriting, we can arrange that as an add-on.

We integrate with all major Australian payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and direct bank transfers. WooCommerce supports hundreds of payment options, so if you have a specific requirement — including POS integration for in-store sales — we can accommodate it.

Every eCommerce site we build comes with a recommendation for one of our WooCommerce Care Plans, which covers managed hosting, security monitoring, weekly updates, daily backups, payment gateway compatibility checks, and reporting. Beyond maintenance, we can help with SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and ongoing conversion optimisation to grow your sales over time.

Absolutely. We manage many WooCommerce stores that were originally built by other agencies. We’ll conduct an initial health check — reviewing security, plugin quality, theme condition, and performance — and address any pre-existing issues before bringing the site under our ongoing care. If significant remediation is needed, we’ll quote that work separately.
